'Content' is the substance of your advertising. Used interchangeably with 'creative', although often implying materials that are less obviously advertising, content is the creative expression of your message, and authentic content works best in social media.
Content is what drives your Organic Social and Paid Social plans. Video, photographic and audio-only content can also be used outside of digital environments in more traditional (above-the-line / ATL) channels such as TV, Radio, Press and Outdoor.
Poor content will never drive strong business results. In Organic Social it will eventually reduce your reach (with the algorithms favouring brands that drive high engagement) and in Paid Social you will pay higher rates.
